Refund and Returns Policy

Because we provide an immediate, accessible, and fully functional Free Trial (Demo Account), we do not offer any refunds once a purchase is made. All sales are final.
1. No Refunds or Returns
Our platform deals exclusively with digital, downloadable software products and data subscriptions (Order flow data, indicators, algorithms). Unlike physical goods, access to our proprietary data and algorithms cannot be “returned” once granted.
Therefore, we maintain a strict No Refund policy. Once a transaction is completed and access to LiquidityPrint is provisioned, you will not be eligible for any refund, whether partial or full, for any reason.
2. The Free Trial Guarantee
We are highly confident in the quality, accuracy, and performance of our platform. To ensure you are fully satisfied before making any financial commitment, we offer a comprehensive Free Trial (Demo Account).
We strongly encourage all prospective users to sign up for this free trial. You can explore the charts, test our algorithmic indicators, view the Japanese candlesticks, and evaluate our tools directly within your own trading workflow.
By proceeding with a paid subscription, you acknowledge that you have either utilized the Free Trial to verify that our platform meets your needs, or you have willingly chosen to bypass the trial at your own discretion. In either case, the No Refund policy applies upon purchase.
3. Subscription Cancellations
If you are on a recurring subscription plan (monthly, quarterly, or annually), you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Cancellation ensures that your payment method will not be charged on the next billing date.
However, canceling your subscription does not retroactively trigger a refund for any previous charges. You will retain access to the LiquidityPrint platform until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
4. Processing Errors
In the extremely rare event of a technical billing error on our side (e.g., being charged twice for the same billing cycle), we will promptly correct the error. Such issues must be reported to our support team within 7 days of the transaction.
